ROHM MMBZ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for applications requiring transient overvoltage protection capability. They are intended for use in voltage and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) sensitive equipment such as computers, communication devices, medical equipment, and other applications. These TVS Diodes feature a unidirectional design and an ESD protection level of ±30kV (IEC61000-4-2 Contact). ROHM MMBZ TVS Diodes are offered in a compact, 3-lead SOT-23 package. This makes these devices ideal for situations where board space is at a premium.
