Silicon Microstructures, Inc. (SMI) SM933x Differential Pressure Sensors
01 November 2018
Silicon Microstructures SM933x Differential Pressure Sensors are high precision sensors for ultra low-pressure measurements. The SM933x sensors offer state-of-the-art Micro-ElectroMechanical Systems (MEMS) pressure transducer technology and CMOS mixed signal processing technology. These differential pressure sensors combine pressure sensor with signal-conditioning Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) in a single package.
The SM933x sensors provide less than 1%Full Scale (FS) total accuracy after board mount and system level autozero. These differential pressure sensors mount directly on a circuit board and high level calibrated pressure signal is accessible from the 16-bit I2C digital interface. The SM933x sensors are available in JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package with a dual vertical porting option. These differential pressure sensors provide a pressure calibrated and temperature compensated output. Typical applications include sleep apnea, CPAP, ventilators, pressure transmitters, and airflow measurement.
